Terms of service
Quotes
Quotes are fixed for the job as described. If the job on the day differs materially from the description, for example additional rooms, items or access difficulties we were not told about, we will agree any change with you before proceeding.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept bank transfer, cash and card.
Cancellation
Please give as much notice as you can. Jobs cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge to cover time reserved for you.
Insurance and liability
We carry goods in transit and public liability insurance. Items packed by the customer are carried at the customer’s risk. Please tell us about anything fragile or valuable before the day.
Waste
We are a registered waste carrier and dispose of all waste at licensed facilities. We cannot accept hazardous waste such as asbestos, chemicals, gas bottles or large quantities of paint.
